Have a look at this thread. Do not PM the guy who wrote it, you will not get a reply. Have a look on the second page, he posted the contact details of the company that makes them. There is a photo on page one. If you get 20 made you would get a price break. Do we have 20 NADA 3500's that might need one. They are normally cracked. Perhaps if there is enough interest here then you could put in a  bulk order.
