[Rovernet] Ian Wilson's passing

My experience was much the same as Bill's; I am sure my international phone  bills would have been much lower without Ian's willingness to convey not only what part was needed, but to explain at length how to fit it, what alternatives might be available, and sometimes to mention a few parts that weren't needed for the job but might come in useful anyway
