Hi Ben,
I would start by looking where you live as you might be surprised at who makes or can re-temper leaf springs. Many of the parts used on our Rover where never made by them so like other large car manufacturers they would simply buy in what they needed. My go to person for inside information is ether Mike Evens or Mike Couldry both in the UK also Mike Maher has a wealth of information you could dip into. For the bushings again all bought in by Rover so try outside the box. You could even go a bit more modern i.e. If I recall correctly MGB bushes fit the P1 but dont hold me to that so perhaps they will fit the P3?.

Failing that the go to the first two Mikes I mentioned or as Barry suggested Scots old rubber down here in Oz is a good chap.

You could also try RoverAustralia at yahoogroups.com.au email group as there are a lot of us there who are more into restoring the older Rovers, Im sure someone there will also help.
Den.

I am looking for some rear leaf springs and bushings for a 1948 Rover 75 P3 SS. I am located in central Virginia USA since shipping will be a large issue.
