[Rovernet] SD1 gearbox in my 3500S P6

Hi all..........
                   Somehow i got deleted from the forum, but its good to be back...................I have an SD1 LT77 5 speed in one of my 3500S P6.............I know we've talked about this before but i'll ask again..............The gearbox is not smooth by any stretch of the imagination and balks at going into gear a lot............The clutch is iffy also  and i will replace the clutch and plate in the winter...............When i got the car i think it had auto transmission fluid in it..........i did some investigating and tried Redline MT90 ....others said they loved it but it doesn't seem to be as smooth as it was so i'd like to try something else..............does anyone else have any ideas and maybe if i go back to auto trans fluid what type......Dexron or Ford F like in my 3500S auto.
Another is does anyone know where i can get it rebuilt if the new fluid and clutch don't help.............i love the car but am determined to make this 5 speed work right........I'm in Ontario Canada
