Hi Ben,

Chris Dancy or Mike Evens would know. You can contact both via the Rover Australia email group. Most of the members are into restoration or have early Rovers I'm sure someone there will know.

Hi Barry,
The one I have is also plywood with a veneer on it and I want to get some wood for the face of the cubby holes that will match so I need to know what wood it is.

Hi Ben,
When you look at the edge of my dash it looks like plywood but Peter Heaster's looked completely different, more like a P2 with the lump of wood going across the top where the handle came out to wind the screen open.
