[Rovernet] Repairing material covered roof

Hi All,

Does anyone have experience of the repair or replacement of material covered roofs on a P6.

I assume that when the material is in poor condition / torn / lifting etc it has to be removed and re done. Is this done and if so at what approxiate cost. The car in question has a fabric concertina sun roof in the same material.

I also assume that the roof underneath is the conventional steel as on other models. Does this mean that an option is to remove the material (except for the sun roof and re spray the roof. Might it also be chaeper to replace the roof from a parts car.
