Hi Jim,
Start with taking the fuel line loose at the carb and see if there is
sufficient flow into a container. There is also a filter in the line and
a screen in the carb where the fuel line connects. A worn or split
accelerator pump gland or trash at the bottom of the accelerator well
can cause the problem. If you get a chance give me a call.
