Hi Lance,

Yes agree with Vern. My experience is that the sealing compound between the 
box and the firewall becomes very hard. I suggest he removes the bolts (and 
removes the push rods) and get a lever between the mating surfaces to pry it 
off.

Failing that I have a box in one of my parts cars that you can have for 
postage. Looking at the box from the drivers seat the pedals are from R to 
L, accelerator, brake, clutch. Not sure what the layout is on L/H drive 
cars.

Hi all,   Jon Carter, in Phoenix has spent the past 1.5 hrs for me trying to 
get a pedal box out of one of his 2000 parts cars for my 3500S conversion to 
a manual.     I don't have any 2000/2200 manuals and his are all packed 
away.   He has never pulled a pedal box and is stuck knowing how to proceed 
(he gotten out 3 bolts and can't seem to figure out the next step).


I would very much appreciate it if someone could email me back with 
information about how it all comes apart, including the push rods.     If by 
chance anyone has a pedal box with rods sitting on a shelf, I'll tell Jon to 
stop immediately and I'll purchase it from whomever has one.
