James,   I've alreday asked my friend/mechanic to document the conversion with photos, so I'll plan on sharing that with everyone once it is complete.     Colin, who owns the company Conversion Components was a very nice chap who even called me twice from New Zealand to coordinate the order.   I was quite impressed.    The gearbox showed up in Denver 7 days after he sent it-----I will tell you that shipping was an unexpected shock, even with rock bottom world prices for oil and gas----it was about $800 (ouch)

Please report on how well this kit works out. I have been thinking of putting an 5 speed T 200 box into my 2000 TC for some time.
Yes there was an Australian company making the kits as well. I think the NZ kit was the better deal.  I am hoping that the US dollar goes up so that 0.40 us dollar buys one NZ dollar, like it was about 10 years ago.  That would make this project more appealing! How long did it take to ship to you?
