Hello Roland.
  Talk to a parts store that sells body shop quality paint.  The store
will have one or more paint specialists, that will be familiar with
the brands they sell, what it is all called and what works with what.
There re several products that will work, from self etching primer, to
various aluminum wash products, that treat the surface before
painting.  Try a Napa store.
