[Rovernet] P6 Heater Core

So mine is one of those rare birds which was factory ordered WITHOUT A/C. The reason i'm trying to find out is that there is a NOS heater core listed for 2000/2200 P6 on ebay and one of the only things I have never been able to solve on my car has been chronically anemic heating. Even though the fan is also anemic, it never seems to blow anything but lukewarm air.

When I rebuilt the entire drive train, all of the hoses were replaced and I inspected the heater core externally, but never had it professionally inspected or pressure tested. Unless others have sage advice as to some other diagnostics I should perform, I'm suspecting a new heater core would solve the problem (although I know it's quite a bear to get the damn thing out).

Thanks for the continued thoughts and input on this.

Thinking about this, I assumed the car was a/c. The NADA with a/c was decidedly different than the rest. I’m not sure about a NADA without a/c though.
