[Rovernet] Center console plate

Would appreciate any information and help with the following.

Since converting the 3500 to a manual I'm trying to find out about the black plastic rectangular finishing plate on the center console through which the gear shift boot protrudes as seen on 2000s with a manual transmission .   I'm hoping/ assuming this is not a molded part of the center console, but an individual piece which is somehow affixed?..

If it is a separate piece, does anyone have a spare in good condition they'd be willing to sell?
