[Rovernet] SD1 pistons and head?

I plan to upgrade the thrust in my anemic USA version - yes, I have been
saying this for 2 years now, nobody would accuse me of precipitous action -
and there is a set of high compression Buick 215 pistons for sale on eBay.
The previous owner verified that the bores in my car are standard diameter,
as are the NOS pistons. 

My question is: will they fit the bores and are they compatible with SD1
heads?  Thanks for answers.
