[Rovernet] Starter trouble

Geff,

A pre-engaged starter like that should have the solenoid push the gear out
to mesh with the flywheel, then engage the motor to spin. It sounds like
maybe it's only doing the latter.

Or at least I think that's the case. Hopefully someone who knows more will
confirm.
