[Rovernet] Emission charcoal canisters

Thanks to all. Unlike the MG canister, Rover are sealed, crimped closed.
Raw charcoal is leaking from the bottom of mine, indicating that the filter
paper is gone, too.
I plan to try to cut the canister circumferentially above the mountings,
replace the innards, seal the opening with duct tape, and hold closed with a
large hose clamp....and hope....!
