[Rovernet] April Yellow and sill covers

I have a few paint chips that need touching up on my 2000TC’s sills. Does anyone have a good paint code for April Yellow? I know that I might have to have the car color matched, but it would be nice to start with a code.

Also, the last time I looked at the car, removing the sill covers looked pretty straightforward. Are there any tricks to it, or do I just need to remove a few screws and pull it off?
