[Rovernet] New Battery for a 1970 3500S P6b (Federal)

I've been using a pair of 6v Optimas for several years. They work well
for my purposes between 6 and 12 volt cars. The pair fits just right in
the battery box of both the '71 2000 TC and '30 Franklin. A single 6 v is
stretched pretty thin in the Franklin, but just right with the pair in
parallel.
