[Rovernet] ROVER 2000 TC year 63-64 - auto parts - by owner - vehicle automotive sale

My mechanic said that on my car (TC 2000) the front sits too high until one starts to turn the wheel.  The car lowers to a proper height then.  Had something to do with the camber??  I didn't quite follow the technical explanation; was just glad that the car sat right ultimately.

It looks to be sitting very high in the front. Does it have a motor in it? The TC did not come out until 1966.
