This is normal & nothing to worry about. As soon as you move it (forward or reverse) or turn the wheel,it returns to its normal height.

My mechanic said that on my car (TC 2000) the front sits too high until one starts to turn the wheel.  The car lowers to a proper height then.  Had something to do with the camber??  I didn't quite follow the technical explanation; was just glad that the car sat right ultimately.

It looks to be sitting very high in the front. Does it have a motor in it? The TC did not come out until 1966.
