[Rovernet] deDion gaiter replacement

My method is to jack the back of the car up and support by the body. If you then remove the 1/4” fasteners between the diDion elbow and the tube at the tube flange on the gaiter side, the suspension has enough play for you to maneuver that end of the tube free from the elbow. Then it’s a case of stretching the new gaiter over the tube flange, etc etc.

If memory serves it had something to do with jacking up the suspension on only one side which would then allow for the deDion tube to be removed because it was canted at an angle and avoided all the extra work??????
