Tom,

My wayward American-born-dual-citizenship Canadian son just moved with 
his family to the Sunshine Coast from Vancouver, and he will be working 
in Gibsons.

I think if you're heading south from Gibsons, there's no charge for the 
ferry, but I could have that wrong.
