The brakes seem to be reversed. Not NADA spec, I think. Per J Taylor book:
4300001 = Export LHD. Imported from Europe?

They've done a nice job on the bright bits, and although it appears to be a
runner, it's somewhat rough under the hood and there is some very suspicious
looking rust along the lower, outer sill on the boot.   I'd want to crawl
all under the car as I suspect there might be some additional, significant
(?), rust.
