What a STUNNING car.  This has got to be a frame off, full restoration.   The engine and engine bay look better than new, and even when he opens the door you can tell that probably everything on this car was restored.  Phenomenal!!!!!

And those WHEELS!!!!!   Any idea who makes them????  (complete with the Rover logo cap in the center).
