[Rovernet] ISSUE WITH FRONT SPRINGS

I recently ordered new from springs from Wadham’s for my 1970 3500S

The springs that arrived are apparently too tall for my car, according to the invoice from Wadham’s they are the correct springs for my car

I am told the correct springs have 8 “coils” these have 10

My Mechanic has experience with compressing springs

Any idea what is going on here?
