[Rovernet] speedo is nervous

the usual reason is that the speedo cable is in need of lubrication it 
gets frozen in sections The best way to check it is by removing it from 
the car. hold it by the ends so that it loops down ,the rotate it. It 
should run smoothly. If it doesn't ,it means that it has stopped flexing 
. you can work it free. put it back in its sheath lightly coated in grease.
