[Rovernet] gas tank

Two options: disconnect the fuel line at the pump and it will slowly drain. The other option is climb under the car and disconnect the lines at the bottom of the tank. You actually only need to disconnect the reserve line, but the tank will drain 2x fast if you remove both.

Obviously lots of gas will be splashing about, so no taking a smoke break.

I'd start by syphoning what I can out through the filler cap.
