Check the pushrod for the pedal is correctly adjusted. That can sometimes cause only one circuit to return and refill with fluid.
Also, check the flex hoses at the diff end of the circuit. They can swell over time and stop any fluid pressure reaching the calipers, normally you’ll have the rear calipers dragging slightly before it gets to there though.
