Does your car have round dial or the strip speedo?</div><div><br></div><div>All Lucas cars from the era used the same voltage stabilizer and I don't think they are polarity sensitive. But Moss sells cheap stuff too - or at least built to a price — so I could see the problem being a bad one. But the speedo should work.</div><div><br></div><div>The Petronix question depends on what tach you have, some of them read low or erratically. There are fixes that don;t need the tach modified.
