--></style></head><body><div>i have a more frightful story: after months of scraping and vibration, nothing to be seen, the car suddenly lost brakes. Looking under, a pool of fluid right front. The bolts holding the caliper on were loose or out and the caliper finally detached.... hanging by the hose... fortunately it could be fixed on site, no tow needed. </div>

BUT as I'm working my way back from the transmission to the drive shaft to the rear differential---VOILA, two of the 4 bolts holding the left half- shaft and inboard disc to the differential are gone!!!!!!! The half-shaft is hanging by the remaining two
bolts which were on their way out as well!!!!
