Much less weight and smoother operation.</div><div><br></div><div>Your biggest challenges will be the two row crankshaft pulley & the compressor mount. I had the OEM mount and just had to make a adapter.</div><div><br></div><div>Both hoses come off the inside unit and exit the interior on the RH side of the car, behind the steering relay. The suction line then carries forward into the receiver/dryer on the RH side of the rad. Condenser in front of the rad, hose comes out still on the right side and across the front the motor to the compressor, the pressure hose goes along the engine, across the back by the heater box and finally back into the cabin.</div><div><br></div><div>The biggest issue you’ll have once it’s installed is terrible idle behaviour. The AC will drag the engine rpms down a few hundred, so you're faced with it almost stalling at the light if you want a normal idle with the AC off, or a racing idle and the engine idling nicely AC on. And the AC isn't very powerful.</div><div><br></div><div>I semi-solved the problem with a fast idle solenoid, but it’s not perfect because you have to blip the throttle to set it.
