	I was told when picking up some doors from an old rover wrecker that
it is African Walnut. Hope this helps.

Hi Ben......... I thought it was a walnut...........Mine was original
and all i ever put on it was Old English and it may have darkened the
wood a little over time but my dash is darker than Dirks as you can
see............Hope this helps but yes get in contact with Mike Evans
or Mike Couldrey in the UK .......
