Several years ago I brought my father's Rover up to Quebec and left it with Phocis Marangou to see if he could get the motor unfrozen. Unfortunately he was stricken with a stroke and could not continue working on the car. It has since been mouldering in pieces in my driveway in Montreal.
Sadly I no longer have funds to do anything about fixing it but if anyone wants to take it on - or if you know anyone in or around Montreal please let me know.
