[Rovernet] Do A/C serice on a P6 TC2000

hello everyone!
I have a 1967 TC2000 with A/C Rover Air.
Today iam doing air conditioning service on my Rover. Question is how much 134R i need to put in the system,in replacement of R12, what is the proper quantity of Oz. needed? Any technical advice on amount? 


Today its 85F outside,having all the proper tools, i had the system flushed out and vacuum , using the same dryer, i had put already put 16 oz./510grams (1 can and half)in the system already low side is 28 and 225 in the high side, blows 56 inside the cabin already. Cycles complete properly with the compressor sounds good and clutch.
