I ordered one from Mark Gray in the UK. I am assuming that your car is left hand drive. I had to make a new fluid reservoir so that it could fit, other wise the air cleaner will foul the fluid reservoir. A new reservoir can be made from a 1" length of silicone tube. You can order the tube, 18mm in diameter, if I recall correctly, from ebay. Use some sealant on the master cylinder, as well as hose clamp to seal the tube onto the master cylinder. This is how I overcame the problem of the air cleaner, and the modern replacement master cylinder. For a lid I used one of the end caps off a mailing tube, which I had some machinery decals sent to me in.
Some of the master cylinder re-builders will want you to de-solder the reservoir from the one you have prior to sending to them. I have not tried to do this with the core that I have, but I plan to one day.
You can cross reference the lockheed part, to something that might be available in North America. I might have that information on my spread sheet at home. Although I can drive without the clutch, the clutch is nice to have when you get to the traffic lights, or a toll booth. I can email you some photos as well of my set up. A partially used roll of shop cloth which made a good third hand to hold the new master cylinder in place while connecting it to the brake pedal inside of the car.
