[Rovernet] Clutch hydraulics kits

Brian,

It's been a while, but I'm pretty sure the clutch slave cylinder is that
same as for an MG Midget and a real Mini, so the kits are available here.
For the rest of the hydraulics, I had to send away to Pierre, Wadham's, or
Scott's overseas.
