Providing the bore is clean and undamaged a rebuild kit can be obtained from UK and whilst a bit fiddly it's a straightforward bench strip down and rebuild. You could also get the bore resleeved in stainless for a more certain future.

Dear Fellow Rover Owners,
I need a left rear Brake Caliper for my 1970 3500S P6. Recently, I was informed that I would have to remove the existing part from my car and send it to England, in order to receive a rebuilt unit. Any practical solutions out there, a bad unit I can send for rebuilding, another source, etc.
