[Rovernet] Lance's Fuse Finale

Hi Lance,

When on high beam the dipped beams should be off. If I recall correctly you
only have both on when you flash the high beams via the stalk. It makes
sense f you think about it, you have a lot of load if both main and dipped
are on at the same time.
