[Rovernet] SD1 A/C belt adjust?

The jockey belt is loose, and screeches when the compressor comes on.  I can
see the compressor belt slow down, so it is not the c belt slipping. Plus
the J belt looks old. The book says adjustment bolts in 1 section, "bolt" in
another. When I remove the depicted bolt, the pulley is still tight. I
cannot see or feel a 2nd bolt.  Help please!
