[Rovernet] Exterior lighting woe

'70 3500S   NADA

Had my exterior lights sorted out a couple of years ago, and just now discovered that when I turn the headlight switch to "side" everything except my inner high beams are on.

I would appreciate it if someone would tell me which lights should only be on (I'm assuming the side marker lights for sure, and possibly the upper front amber lenses at the front end of the front quarter panels, but surely not the headlights?).
