[Rovernet] Is this jacked-up???

I can top that unpleasant Rover kerfuffle: I restored my P6B whilst stationed at Barksdale AFB, LA. Like all DoD bases, we had the Auto!! Hobby shop, and my Saturdays were there, a few blocks from my French Colonial style base house. I anted to replace the springs, and the book said: "Enroll 3-4 of your mates to lean on the front to compress the springs, insert the retainers, and remove the now-compressed springs...." I found 3 gullible guys at the shop, they leaned on it...and the entire car tipped off the jackstands onto the ground!! I have a photo of it reclining, forlornly, there. Since Flexibility is the Key to Airpower, one of the shop regulars said I will bring a fork lift from the flight line. He did, and lifted the hapless, lightweight car (no engine or trans) back onto more steady jackstands. I have photo proof of this automotive peccadillo! Injuries only to ego, 1, mine.

The one shown on ebay is for an SD1 it mounts on square slots directly under the rear bumper at corners end by the mounts and in front ,about a foot in from from the edge they are very scary as the car is quite unstable unless it is on a dead flat surface. the other wheels need to be securely chocked .
once my other rear wheel slipped sideways and the jack twisted letting the car drop
