[Rovernet] Front spring compression tool

This method of using external compressors, vs the original internal
insert-and- turn rods works, it seems. If you use the rods, you can
either compress the spring externally also, or, as the book suggests,
get risk-taking volunteers to weigh the front end down to compress the
spring!!
