[Rovernet] Rear Brake issue 1970 3500S P6

If they are bleeding oK check that handbrake works which will  confirm 
mecanics of calipers are working .hand brake should come up at least 4" 
at least 4 klicks . then possibly the rear cylinders they share the same 
linkage to the brake pads
