Yes, Vern, apologies for the confusion.  I removed the Girlings and installed the calipers from a 3500S.  If one has access to any of the Girling mounted swivel pillars the job is bolt on.  I've not had experience with the early Dunlop applications.

I think I figured it out, I think Gross was talking about putting 3500S calipers on the front of a Girling braked TC. That is a bolt on.
