Hi gang. Like Perry, I sold my Rover thinking I was done with projects. Then bought a Willys pickup. Sold that after getting it reliable enough to drive around then sold it. Now I'm working on a Studebaker and it needs so much more work than my P5 did. But the parts supply is so much better, I can go 15 miles away and pick up just about any part. Sincethen, I have been restoring a 1964 Mercedes 220b (finback sedan) that Ipicked up and rescued from the crusher.  The body and paint is beautifulnow. It is in Walnut Creek getting a 280SE engine andautomatic transmission at present.  I have a greater passion for working onthe Mercedes than the Rover and parts are far easier to locate as well.If you are interested in my current project, I will forward photos.Classic cars will always stir excitement.
