There are differences, particularly as the 69s will be Federal spec. All able to be worked around though.

As I recall the biggest hassle is the ignition coil moves from the LH side of the car to the RH side behind the battery.

Changing the harness is quite a big job with a lot of the dash end of the interior to remove, but there are are no unusual pitfalls.
